Can I bring my existing member records?

Member-data import is supported. Review your spreadsheet and supported columns during setup, then check the imported records.

Does every member need to install the app?

Reception can manage records, payments and bookings. The Member app adds a personal space for membership, training, progress and benefits.

Can I control what each staff member sees?

Yes. Configure staff roles and delegated permissions around the responsibilities in your gym.

Can our plans include different services and limits?

Set the included benefits and usage limits for each membership plan. Staff and members can review the relevant remaining allowances.

Can I manage the gym from my phone?

Owners and staff can use the web workspace in a browser. Separate Android apps support everyday Staff and Member tasks.

Can I export records and reports?

Export supported member records and reports for review or bookkeeping. Ask about the export scope available for your gym during setup.
